Columns spilling onto extra pages? Set the print area and scaling in Excel first, then convert in one click.

The most common Excel-to-PDF problem is a wide sheet split across several pages. The fix happens in Excel, before converting, because the PDF follows the workbook's print settings.
Page Layout → Orientation → Landscape. Wide tables instantly fit better.
Page Layout → Scale to Fit: set Width = 1 page and Height = Automatic. Excel shrinks the sheet just enough to fit every column.
Select the cells you want, then Page Layout → Print Area → Set Print Area. Anything outside it won't appear in the PDF.
Page Layout → Print Titles → Rows to repeat at top keeps your column headings on every page.
Save the workbook, then use Excel to PDF. Every sheet is exported into a single PDF.
Convert to CSV instead — perfect for importing into other tools.
