How does the Gemini watermark remover work?
Gemini adds a semi-transparent white sparkle near the bottom-right corner. We locate it precisely, measure how strongly it was blended into each pixel and mathematically reverse the blend, so the original pixels come back. Anything that can't be recovered is rebuilt from the surrounding area.
Does it work with Nano Banana images?
Yes. Images made with Nano Banana (Gemini's image model) carry the same sparkle and are cleaned the same way. For any other logo or text, use Fix manually and brush over it.
Can I remove the watermark from Gemini videos?
Yes. Add an MP4, MOV or WEBM video: we find the mark that stays still while the picture moves, estimate it from many frames and remove it from every frame with the same settings, so the result doesn't flicker. Processing takes about as long as the video plays, and the sound is kept.
Will the quality of my image drop?
No. The output has the same resolution as your original and only the pixels under the watermark change. Choose PNG for a lossless file; JPG and WEBP are saved at high quality.
What if the watermark isn't detected?
Open Fix manually and click on the sparkle — we snap to its exact outline. You can also brush over any area to remove it. For videos, draw a box around the watermark.
Does this remove SynthID?
No. SynthID is an invisible watermark woven into the pixels that identifies Gemini content; this tool only removes the visible logo. AI-generated content stays identifiable as such, and you should still disclose it where rules or platforms require.
