How do I reset my password?
Click “Forgot password?” on the login page and enter your email. We'll send you a link to choose a new password.
Is there a file size limit?
Each file can be up to 50 MB, with up to 20 files per batch.
How secure are my files?
Transfers are encrypted with HTTPS, files are processed automatically without human access, and they're permanently deleted after 60 minutes.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Go to Account & security and choose Delete account. Your account and job history are removed permanently.
